- When will maps be available?
- We are in the process of trying various approaches to meet our objectives for cross-platform use, file size, image quality, readability and usability. We will make maps available as soon as we find an acceptable combination.
- Why isn’t my older Palm supported?
- The choice for developing for particular operating systems was based on what is currently being sold in stores and the features within the various operating systems. This doesn’t necessarily mean that UTA On the Go will not work on your older Palm. It simply means that we have not gone through testing nor will we address problems found on the older devices.
- Why doesn’t the Pocket PC version have a nicer icon?
- The Pocket PC version was built as a Visual Basic run-time not an actual application. This was done to speed up the development and delivery of this first version. We may change this with a future version.
